ABOUT
Built for the utility,
run by FlexEnergi.
Peak demand is growing and distributed energy resources are proliferating behind the meter. FlexEnergi gives utilities a single, turnkey path to turn that growth into dispatchable capacity — without building the program themselves.

What We Do
We design, build, and operate behind-the-meter capacity programs (VPPs) on a utility’s behalf — from device recruitment and installation through dispatch and settlement. Our Edge DERMS is the control layer underneath every program, coordinating over 80 device types as one flexible, reliable resource. We also sometimes deliver this for data centers, in collaboration with their utility.
Who We Are
FlexEnergi, based in Washington state, is comprised of a team of electrical engineers, computer scientists, and program managers who are experts on the business and technical issues that utilities face today. FlexEnergi is a subsidiary of Accurant Energy Holdings, headed by Bahman Hoveida.
Our team brings hands-on experience from Siemens, NextEra, GE, Voltus, OSI, AutoGrid, Enersponse, UpLight, and CLEAResult; learn more about their backgrounds on LinkedIn.
What We Stand For
Reliability
Capacity that shows up when called. We design every program to the standard a utility can plan its grid around.
Transparency
Utilities see the program the way we do — enrollment, performance, and settlement, in the open.
Partnership
We operate as an extension of the utility’s team, not a vendor handing off a black box.
